'Frozen's' Elsa wanted over winter storm

Kentucky police issue a warrant of arrest for Elsa, the ice-queen of Arendelle throne from the Disney movie hit “Frozen”. This is all due to the intense wintry weather that engulfed Harlan, Kentucky. And police officers have just enough of the frigid temperature and above-average snowfall.

Harlan City Police Department wrote Wednesday on Facebook, “All points bulletin!!! HPD has issued an arrest warrant for Queen Elsa of Arendelle! Suspect is a blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song ‘Let It Go’! As you can see by the weather, she is very dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend her alone.”

The post was shared more than 10,000 times on Facebook. Commenters came flooding in and also joined the humor and fun.

“She was spotted in Grantsville Md.!! Bringing wind and snow and 20-30 degrees below zero! Send her to Florida!”, one commenter wrote. And comments continue to downpour calling all authorities to watch out for Elsa all over the country.

Harlan police later clarified that they were just trying to put some light-hearted humor about the weather, but also cautioned affected residents to be wary of the icy conditions.

"We had to have a little fun after this week's weather.", said the later post from the officers. "But as a reminder, do take the precautions you need to keep you, your friends, family, neighbors and pets safe during the snow queen's mad spell."
